The Production breakdown

 Welcome, Bienvenido's!

Today, I want to talk about what happened at filming and each step of the way. Now, although I wasn’t there for a few scenes, I was filled in on what happened and saw the production of a few others. With that, I give you my take.

The scenes regarding the office clips were shot at a teammates home, however, the golden hour light wasn’t doing our actors justice. The light coming in from the office windows looked off and made the setting lose its appeal to the team. So meanwhile the lighting changed, the rest of the filming continued. Along with the sun changing, so did some aspects for filming. The team decided a smart phone camera would be the best option, given the lack of fund to purchase a professional camera. This way, the setting could be adjusted to create an ominous effect.

When life gives you lemons, use them in your film.

Moving on, the next scenes tackled were those regarding the vehicles. From this, rose the question: Which car should be used by who? I suggested that the team use the more eccentric red sports car for the actors who would play the reckless teenagers. So that meant that the beige Sudan vehicle be used for the office worker returning home. It fit the characters and the plot. Now of course, these scenes weren’t a piece of cake. The team needed supervision since all members were still underage and can’t be considered adults yet. Luckily, one of the team members family was present to ensure that all driving was safe while seeming reckless.

I would say it was a pretty productive production day, even with its ups and downs. The photos and fun moments should be up on the page soon, toodles!
