Editing!!

 Hey guys welcome back quick update, a lot of things changed. Well a lot was forced to, due to our extenuating circumstances and the production of this is music video. Let me explain, to make things simple, the video won’t be going on script with the storyboard. I put my party and even though I had just gotten out of competition, and hadn’t eaten, I put my part in and brought my best friend in order to complete the ideal goal. However, a lot of problems arose, some being mine and others not so much.  One of the problems that I had was in fact, competition, I was not aware of how late the final round would last and my group meme era had to film the lonely part by them selves, Ayannah and Benjamin. I ended up finally being free at around 3:30 pm, and had to run and pick up my best friend in order to even make it to see the team. There was in fact some negative feels towards me but I couldn’t control it and I changed the schedule and filming period in order to make time for everyone. Something my other team member couldn’t do and didn’t look to tell the team beforehand, that teammate being Stanley. By the time I got there, both teammates were close to leaving, there was really no time to be able to film, so I thought of the best I could do and made the most out of the little time left. I, along with my best friend and Ayannah did our best to film “the friends”. That’s where the change in production comes in. Since Benjamin had to leave early, it was decided that the friend group idea had to be dropped due to the date of submission being right around the corner, and instead opted to make it a little different. Instead of being a full on friend group, two friends would be the fake ones, my friend and I playing that role. Different locations were filmed, the activities were modified to crunch what could be filmed and possible shots were taken, such as a 2 person shot and some tracking shots. I will be helping agree and share some ideas on the editing process and how it will get done exactly. Trying to incorporate a split screen will result difficult however due to the current scene’s available. The main person in charge of editing, Benjamin, is sharing his progress and hopefully a lot will be done soon so there is enough time to prep and perfect some details. 

One of the highlights of the trip happened during one of the scenes. During the arcade scene, my best friend got the idea to go to the photo booth, deciding that it furthered the original concept, I decided to follow behind. At first, just posing for the scene and shot pictures, however something peculiar happened. Without paying, the machine started printing the pictures, in shock I got out of the booth to check if it was true, and to the my shock, it was. It was pretty humorous, that's all for now though, see you pretty soon!
